Insurance and Financial Information We accept payment for services at the time they are rendered. If you have insurance, only your estimated portion is due. We are also happy to make extended financial arrangements for those with credit in good standing. Payment may be in the form of cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card. or Care Credit. Ann is ready to help you with any financial concerns you may have. We accept most dental insurances, and as a courtesy to you we will process the claims on your behalf. We offer a 5% discount for those who pay in full for the services rendered, and file their own insurance. We do not participate in insurance plans that limit you to dental offices on a restricted list. Such plans require participating dentists to drastically reduce fees in exchange for exposure to thousands of potential patients. We believe in individual attention with emphasis on quality of care, not quantity; and we will never compromise our approach to personal attention and qualified caregivers. Our fees are average for the industry. We are able to keep our fees under control because of our sound financial practices. If you are in a position to influence your choices of dental insurance with your employer, recommend plans that offer the freedom to select the dentist of your choosing.
